my northern sky believes sustainability and sustainable fashion is the future and so my northern sky is taking steps to make sure it is part of the movement.

items are only produced when an order is received, avoiding material and textile waste from overproduction. Our printing partner’s state-of-the-art printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy.

Did you know that each of the clothing and print products are made just for you? orders are only set to print when your order is received, avoiding textile waste. So forget about mass-produced clothing and buy your unique one-off right here!

Information about printing technology and materials

the clothing range is printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The printing technology used is made with sustainability in mind, and the DTG printers use almost zero wastewater and less energy, lowering the carbon footprint.

The inks used for printing are water-based and free of harmful chemicals. you can be assured that care is taken to dispose of any left-over ink according to the ink supplier guidelines, ensuring no harm to the environment.

Production Times

as Each clothing, art and photography product you see on the website is made on-demand, this means that once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we’re all part of a sustainable and responsible approach.
